Managing samples
Produce, supply and manage sampling for prospects

Good sampling management generally consists of taking a sufficient number of parts for this purpose. Sampling should be carried out under "routine" production conditions, thus ruling out emergency action, which is always poorly managed. Taking a sufficient number of parts will often significantly reduce costs, especially if the material value is relatively low.

Samples should then be packaged in such a way as to avoid, as far as possible, having to handle them for external shipment. This advice is of course valid if the samples are not likely to be damaged during storage. If this is not the case, a real study will have to be carried out to optimize this sector.
