Project information management includes everything to do with drawing up the project management plan, developing it throughout the project, managing and controlling changes, and producing and updating the associated management and control documents. It therefore includes :

• key project deliverables, including the project charter, the project management plan [FIC 0882] and the project balance sheet, as well as the documents used to prepare and update them, such as the project deliverables
