The different activities covered by the PMO function

The profile is generally as follows: general engineer or project management specialist, often PMI, IPMA or PRINCE2 certified. They must have cross-functional management skills with no hierarchical responsibility, and tend to be assertive in character.

His activities are essentially focused on coordinating the activities of specialists in different areas of project management (planner, risk manager, cost estimator, etc.), when he is in charge of a team.

Its role is to enable the project manager to integrate all the components of the cost, quality (performance) and schedule triptych into each of his decisions.
