Two project reports for management

The variable presentation forms the basis of the project meeting; an exchange must take place with management to address all the issues and actions underway on the project. This meeting is also a time when management "challenges" the project team to optimize project results.

During these meetings, the – project team, via its director –, will obtain the necessary answers from management to ensure proper project management with the aim of satisfying the customer and preserving the contract's financial margins.
