6. Mistakes to avoid
The purpose of a prior information notice is to inform businesses as early as possible of the essential characteristics of the public purchaser's plans to purchase supplies, provide services or carry out works. It is intended to arouse the interest of potential suppliers on an equal basis.
The AAPC is issued after publication of the pre-information notice, when the public purchaser decides to launch the consultation.
