4. Reactivity
It is based on the ability to take advantage of system modification (flexibility), both in terms of control (mode management, flow management, etc.) and structure (redundancy, configuration, etc.). The aim is to assign the system's ability to manage this flexibility to the operator. Depending on the severity of the situation encountered, the control activity will consist of generating a reconfiguration sequence corresponding to the new objectives, compatible with the actual instantaneous state of resources, and verifying safety and productivity constraints. These actions require a good knowledge of the residual degrees of freedom, as well as the means of executing these reconfigurations.
