Usually, the concept of automation refers simultaneously to two aspects of an organization's evolution. On the one hand, it conveys the idea of a technological breakthrough, and on the other, the idea of the "mechanization" of task scheduling. From the moment the computer becomes a fully-fledged decision-maker, alongside the human being in the control system, the impact of automation on the structure of the control system is much greater, and therefore more difficult to control.
