6. Intellectual property (IP) dispute resolution
Given the growing importance of intellectual property, precautions need to be taken, and the risk of litigation is on the increase, at every stage in the life of the IP, from obtaining title (patent) to the risk of infringement of these rights in the context of a contractual relationship or outside any link.
It should be noted that this is a rapidly evolving field, and one in which alternative dispute resolution (ADR) is also on the rise.
This is the result of several legal reforms in France (NRE or law on new economic regulations, arbitration) which have affected the field of IP. It has evolved and is now characterized by the increased role of arbitration and Mard.
