Participative innovation is an innovation process that aims to mobilize all employees.
More specifically, it is a structured management approach designed to stimulate and encourage the generation, implementation and dissemination of ideas by all staff, with a view to creating added value and moving the organization forward (source: Innov'Acteurs ( http://www.innovacteurs.asso.fr )).
