The development of logistics has been a powerful factor in the transformation of the transport sector, due in particular to the outsourcing strategies mentioned (§ ).

Conversely, advances in logistics have only been possible because the transport sector has evolved ( [21] , [22] and [23] sometimes anticipating the expectations of "shippers".
