Mechanisms of the detergency: products, methods, evaluations and controls

In the context of the treatment, purification and recycling of alkaline detergent baths, the aim is to study these treatments, which are designed to continuously or discontinuously eliminate all or part of the TSS and COD.

• Settling

  It will be inspired by wastewater treatment. Installations can be more or less sophisticated.

• Rhemann and Sick-Filtramat process

  They combine a flocculant and an oxidizer with a more or less complicated filtration system. The systems are operated automatically, and the detergent solution is continuously treated before being returned to the washer tanks.
