6. Mistakes to avoid
Managing priority 1 preventive actions is mandatory. In the case of priority 2 and 3, the implementation of actions is obviously recommended. However, it should not be forgotten that risk assessment is far from an exact science. There is necessarily some uncertainty involved in risk assessment. As company resources are often limited, it is useful to limit the number of actions in order to achieve visible results quickly.
