2.1 Identify the objective and purpose of the form
Once the requirement has been defined, it's time to think about and clearly identify the use and structure of the form you want to create.
Let's take the case of a form used to request a waiver from your customer for the delivery of a product that doesn't meet all the established requirements.
For this example, we can identify three possible uses for the form:
gather the information required by the customer for this request;
Maintain traceability and proof of the waiver validated by the customer;
involve the various departments concerned by the exemption request.
