The content of the requirement cited above indicates quite clearly that the collective knowledge in question refers to that necessary for implementing the processes covered by the quality management system, as well as any complementary knowledge—where applicable—that is not directly utilized by the processes but is necessary for achieving the intended results of the quality management system.
