Throughout his life, Deming developed a management philosophy, the concepts of which have inspired, more or less directly, approaches such as Total Quality, the systems approach, the process approach, TPS, Lean Management, Six-Sigma, liberated companies, ISO9001... When engaging in or practicing one of these approaches, it is useful, in order to put it into perspective, to return to the sources by taking an interest in Deming's philosophy.

Adopting the Deming philosophy allows you to :

• direct an entity more flexibly and effectively towards its mission;

• develop cooperative management.
