4. Monitor, analyze and improve the process
Process monitoring consists mainly in ensuring that objectives are met, that the product and service delivered are compliant, and that performance is controlled through feedback.
Improving consists in regulating the process, bringing it back to its initial operating mode and optimizing it to meet performance targets. Continuous improvement takes place in the event of malfunctions requiring immediate action (non-conformity, customer complaints, etc.), or on the basis of process reviews, which may reveal potential for improvement.
