First, you need to find an identity for your community of practice.
Scope: what activities will be involved? You can also include the services and products concerned, company functions, business lines, markets and technologies. These themes are very important, as they will structure your knowledge base.
Need: what knowledge (know-how, regulations, experience, innovation, monitoring, etc.), information, knowledge, interactions?
What already exists: what knowledge has already been capitalized on, what interactions exist, what skills exist?
