Setting up a community of practice

The kick-off meeting is a key moment in the community's life cycle, and determines its dynamics. The objectives of this meeting are to :

• build the team and launch the community dynamic ;

• share and complete the work animation plan ;

• launch the collaborative dynamic and initial work.

At the end of this meeting, you should have realized :

• a validated version of the community charter, the animation plan and the first action plan (action, schedule, responsible contributors);

• the first results of exchanges on the substance of the subjects.
