1.1 Hierarchy and interweaving of legal sources
The sources of law are presented in table 1 . This law issues norms, a generic term for "a rule of law (an abstract and general proposition) which evokes (...) the obligatory value attached to a rule of conduct, and which offers the advantage of covering in a general way all rules having this character, whatever their source (...) or object" (Gérard Cornu).
