The aim of bio-printing is to provide biologists and physicians with processes for depositing cell suspensions, aqueous solutions or hydrogels on biocompatible supports, while limiting the various stresses that cells can undergo, using additive manufacturing processes to achieve the desired biological functionality in bio-printed tissues or organs.
