3. Synthesize and organize information
As a general rule, information from the field enters the crisis unit via specialized units.
The specialized unit
This cell is made up of the people who will feed information back to the crisis unit to provide it with "fresh" data, leaving the crisis unit to process the data and make decisions.
The information is then processed and shared on a monitoring table (main courante).
The coordinator checks that it has been taken into account by the cells concerned and, if necessary, by the head of the crisis cell.
If opinions differ, the head of the crisis unit arbitrates.
The solution adopted is recorded on the tracking chart.
The coordinator regularly verifies the progress of the actions implemented....
