• The perception of speed is crucial to the adoption of the tool, so size your infrastructure correctly from the outset, and monitor system performance regularly.

Another tip: SharePoint provides a statistical report on searches carried out, so keep a close eye on searches that don't produce any results. Identifying these search criteria will enable you to gradually (and over time) improve the relevance of your results.
