When it comes to business intelligence, SharePoint's main strength lies in its flexibility and ability to adapt to company processes. In SharePoint, everything is configurable: indexed data sources, workflows, publications, screen design...

But this great flexibility naturally comes at a price, namely the need to plan and set up your monitoring system carefully, as it will prove difficult to use without initial configuration.

There is also a lack of consolidation tools. For example, SharePoint offers no automated solution for aggregating a range of content into a single document.
