Blue Ocean strategy: how to make the competition irrelevant

For the first workshop, you must prepare :

• an introduction to Blue Ocean Strategy; you can choose cases described in the book by Professors Kim and Mauborgne referenced in the bibliography;

• materials for drawing the strategic canvas (see Tool 2 (Tool 2 ));

• the preliminary version of the six tracks.

Participants are usually asked to read the first three chapters of the book.
