You check the identity of the parties to the contract, including your company, by consulting the Trade and Companies Register available at Infogreffe or Société.com , for example, in order to indicate the correct company name, address and RCS number, for companies incorporated under French law.

If the company is foreign, you can consult the foreign RCS on the Greffe du Tribunal de Commerce de Paris website, or request an extract from the local trade and companies register.
