3. Implement appropriate methods
Forget project methods! All those methods that consist of first studying an opportunity, then feasibility, then studies, implementation... all punctuated by the passing of milestones whose objective is to gradually reduce risks, are not applicable to an exploration mission.
We need to work in agile mode, i.e. in iterative mode. Each iteration must be as frugal as possible, and as adapted as possible to the hypotheses we're trying to validate. You must try to do as much as possible with the means at your disposal, in order to learn as quickly as possible. Each small success or failure is a new learning experience. The sum total of all these learning experiences is intended to enable you, little by little, to test the desirability of your idea on the market and estimate its technical feasibility. Then you can assess the viability of your solution.
