4. Cultivating risk-taking
The risk-taking that so characterizes the entrepreneur must also be part of the intrapreneur's journey. And you can provoke it at different times.
First of all, when the candidate decides to embark on intrapreneurship: by only guaranteeing them a "lifespan" of a few months with a limited budget, they run a first risk, as they are taking the decision to leave a "stable" position for a potentially ephemeral adventure, especially if you don't guarantee them a return to their original position in the event of a stoppage.
During exploration, risk-taking situations are potentially numerous. Each iteration will consume budget. Thinking in terms of acceptable losses is very new to the young intrapreneur. Every decision will be seen as a risk, sometimes a small one, but in certain situations, it may be a bold gamble....
