Use the names of the job profiles in bibliographic watch specifications for collaborators. The specifications will always be adapted in the event of a change of addressee.
If you choose the table format, use a single spreadsheet (and several sheets) to maintain consistency of style and facilitate modifications.
Always use the same headings, even if they're empty. That way, if these headings need updating, you won't be caught unprepared. It also ensures that you don't forget anything from one day to the next.
When writing a watch specification for collaborators, remember to write down your users' keywords as they have given them to you, then translate them into a bibliographic search. This way, you can justify leaving out a word (if it's redundant), but let the user...
