1. Evaluate your product
Eco-design is defined as the integration of environmental considerations into the design process. This iterative, multi-criteria approach combines three successive phases, as shown in the figure below:
a preliminary environmental assessment of your product or a competitor's product, which will provide you with a benchmark for positioning your eco-innovative solution;
a phase of creativity and development of your alternative solutions;
a feedback phase during which you will evaluate your eco-innovative solution and capitalize on all the information, particularly environmental information, that you will have generated during this iteration (capitalization of knowledge and validation).
