All my parameters collected in the multiscreen analysis are evaluation parameters. Is this normal?

This is a very common scenario. In multiscreen analysis, you think in terms of "objectives achieved or to be achieved". It is therefore logical to find a majority (if not all) of evaluation parameters in a multiscreen analysis. In this case, the EPV diagram should be constructed in reverse: start by placing the evaluation parameters, then return to the potential action parameters (the possible levers that can influence the evaluation parameters).
