INTRODUCTION

Know-how as such is not the subject of a private right in favor of its owner. Once disclosed, therefore, know-how can no longer be protected, and loses all its value.

The promotion and protection of your know-how will therefore be essentially voluntary, and will require the implementation of legal or technical measures designed to preserve its secrecy.
