1. Draw up an inventory of practices and a map of players
The system coordinator will have to identify all the practices, both individual and collective, that exist at the level of one department, several departments or services, or within the structure as a whole. This depends in particular on the scale of the system in place.
In addition to practices, we also need to identify the tools used, the frameworks and working methods, and the outputs produced by all stakeholders in terms of deliverables and services.
In addition, specifying the nature of requests, and listing individual and collective needs and expectations, whether one-off or recurring, will enable us to identify areas of overlap and the potential for mutualization.
