Monitor standards and regulations

Once you've identified the applicable standards, laws and regulations and obtained them, you now need to ensure that the texts are distributed to the people responsible for their implementation.

For dissemination, you will use a model standards and regulations watch table (Tool 1 ) and the rules of your internal document management procedure, a mandatory system procedure required by ISO 9001 in paragraph 4.2.3 "Document control".
