INTRODUCTION
Whether the structures dedicated to intrapreneurship are called incubators, gas pedals or labs, they all have the primary aim of isolating intrapreneurs from the traditional organization and providing them with the means to succeed. These structures support and nurture intrapreneurial teams so that they can explore new territories efficiently and with the minimum of difficulty.
Exploration teams are not intended to remain in these structures. They are only there for a time, until they have reached maturity and can stand on their own two feet. This fact sheet is intended to help you set up such a structure, and in particular to describe the key functions to be organized and those for which you will need to enlist the support of other internal or external organizations.
