Supporting intrapreneurship

As exploration can evolve very quickly, the intrapreneur needs to keep in touch with the sponsor and the various stakeholders. The sponsor requires more specific attention. He's the one who finances or will finance. He must share the directions taken so that he can support them in front of the company's other organizations. He is the team's best advocate. A loss of contact or trust, or a lack of shared decision-making, are major risks to the success of exploration.
