INTRODUCTION
You have selected a number of topics for exploration within your organization. You've set up an incubator-type organization to saddle and support the explorers. These explorers will engage in an agile and iterative intrapreneurial process. They'll need to be accompanied and coached so that they can either succeed quickly, or fail quickly, before they've expended too many resources.
Like light structures such as start-ups, they will iterate with limited means. They'll need to find a patron or internal sponsor to eventually find their market and demonstrate that a sustainable business is possible.
This sheet describes the different stages of an intrapreneurial process, and the support required for each stage.
