Using social networks legally means knowing the rules of copyright. Here's a brief reminder.
Copyright protects all intellectual creations as long as they are original, in other words, as long as they bear the "stamp of the author's personality". The scope of intellectual creations is very broad, extending beyond publications and works of art. On the other hand, "free-range" ideas can be reproduced.
The challenge is to appreciate the originality of a work, a concept distinct from novelty and indifferent to merit, either to the quality of the work or to its destination, since non-commercial use obeys the same rules as commercial use.
