5. Finalizing the project: choosing a solution and monitoring its implementation
The previous step results in a list of ideas or solution paths evaluated in "cost/benefit" terms. The optimal solution is then chosen:
by the decision-maker(s), for alternatives that maximize savings and other benefits and minimize costs, risks and drawbacks;
with all the stakeholders concerned by the needs and changes linked to its implementation, according to their sensitivity to risks;
at a meeting attended by all the project's internal players, for effective dialogue between stakeholders' points of view and collective decision-making.
