Each stakeholder group is analyzed to highlight their contribution and the form it takes. The points of attention are as follows.
What must guide our thinking is the value perceived by each target, and what each target expects in return. This analysis must be meticulous.
We need to rethink the role of each identified target, and not hesitate to change existing paradigms.
Some targets may be both contributors and beneficiaries. It is therefore not advisable to think in terms of overall compensation.
Some targets can contribute without paying. A target that brings a valuable asset can be just as important as one that brings financial resources.
