1. Launch the intervention
Whatever the nature of the intervention, it will be carried out in project mode, with objectives and resources allocated on a temporary basis to achieve them, framed between the launch and the end of the intervention (final delivery for the "fixed-price" mode, end of the obligation of means for the "time and materials" mode).
The intervention begins with a kick-off meeting to review the key points (e.g. objectives, organization, work program), so that all stakeholders (or at least their representatives) have the same level of information.
In the run-up to the kick-off meeting, it's important to define and implement a communication plan aimed at all stakeholders, with a particular focus on your employees who will be directly involved (description of the project, how they can contribute). Failure to do so may create unfavorable conditions...
