Immunoassay; immunoassay
Determination of an antigenic substance by an immunological method involving a reaction or a series of antigen-antibody reactions.
Bipolar electrochemistry; Électrochimie bipolaire
A "wireless" electrochemical technique for inducing redox reactions in a conductive object (called a "bipolar electrode") placed in a solution when subjected to an external electric field. The resulting polarization produces a flow of electrons from one end of the object to the other, leading to the formation of an anode on one side and a cathode on the other, hence the term "bipolar electrode".
