DTD
According to Wikipedia, a document type definition (DTD) is a document used to describe an SGML or XML document model. The model is described as a document class grammar: grammar because it describes the position of terms in relation to each other, class because it forms a generalization of a particular domain, and document because it can be formed with a complete text.
