4. Key points of an augmented reality project
Managing a project using augmented reality involves many of the same elements as managing a "classic" digital project. There are, however, a few points worth highlighting, almost as a direct consequence of the above description of the instability of the ecosystem.
4.1 Project planning: adapting to the rapid evolution of technology
In the previous section, we highlighted the rapid, and sometimes sudden, evolution of the field of augmented reality. This makes it very difficult to draw up detailed functional specifications for a global project.
