2. System integration contract
To date, system integration has not been strictly defined in the legal sense of the term. This mission consists in ensuring the coherent and operational assembly of the various elements that make up a system.
This type of contract concerns the supply of complex systems. Its purpose is to enable the integrator to supply a set of interdependent goods and services, for which it traditionally acts as prime contractor. The particularity of this contract lies in the multitude of services provided, and in the global nature of the operation, which enables it to be seen as a whole.
It belongs to the legal category of contracts for work and services governed by articles 1787 to 1799 of the French Civil Code....
