5. Building a change program

All the improvements identified during the assessment activities are divided into three process families: development, validation and maintenance. A change management program is defined and implemented, including the designation of players, the allocation of actions to be implemented and the planning of expected results. This program focuses on :

  • better formalization of tasks relating to the processes concerned, with better-defined deliverables ;

  • the introduction of rigorous checkpoints in the form of reviews at the end of each stage of the life cycle;

  • operational implementation of process control with quality records ensuring traceability of operations carried out;

  • relevant indicators delivering appropriate measurements ;
