3. Examples of Thickness Verification

As previously indicated, the verification procedure involves calculating the minimum thickness e 1 of a hypothetical single-pane, monolithic, annealed glass for the loads applied to the actual glazing, and then verifying that the pre-selected composition satisfies the comparison equation between e R and e 1 , as well as the deformation equation.
