The primary objective is to satisfy the "customer", i.e. the "project owner". Once the project has been successfully completed, the latter will have to satisfy his future customers in the delivery of their parts. It is therefore essential to listen carefully to the customer's needs. The success of the engineering project for the construction, modification or extension of a foundry plant depends on the quality of this listening.

The project manager and the project team will help and assist the customer to define his needs as precisely as possible, or to help them evolve. They will advise the customer throughout the design and implementation stages of the project.
