4. Stripping parameters
The parameters that influence the stripping method and the stripping results are of several kinds:
process parameters, which can be set by the operator: nozzle geometry (mainly outlet diameter), set pressure, firing distance, nozzle speed and angle of incidence;
jet parameters at impact, which depend directly on the process parameters: pressure (static and dynamic), temperature, velocity, density and nature of the jet (multiphase, supercritical, etc.);
