Gas Assisted Injection Molding

Gas-assisted injection molding is just one of a number of injection processes, and should be considered first and foremost to meet a technical need. However, the design of a part to be produced by this process requires certain rules to be respected, and certain precautions to be taken. For simplicity's sake, we can distinguish two main geometric families of parts.

• large flat parts with ribs ;

• tubular parts.
