3. Polybismaleimide processing
Polybismaleimides are processed using a variety of techniques, which are listed in this section [13]. The main techniques used are compression molding and injection molding. Transfer molding is also used, but for smaller volumes.
Examples of operating conditions are shown in Table 6 .
3.1 Compression molding of molding materials
To limit shrinkage during curing during compression molding, it is preferable to ensure that the preform has larger dimensions than the final object to be produced (of the order of 25%).
